At SOU・SOU netshop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our unique Japanese designs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our international support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all traditional Tabi tags and SOU・SOU labels are attached and the product is securely protected.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send the package via a trackable shipping service to our warehouse in Kyoto, Japan; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for your exchange shipment within 7 business days.
